After serving as a mentor in the inaugural 2025 cohort, Rya was invited to serve as coordinator for both mental health curriculum and the mentor matches. Dr. Irons-in-training, Rya’s professional detail and advanced research produces quality mental health impact.

Mrs. Massey leads the Mental Health training for CHAMPS. As progenitor and CEO of Agility Counseling Group, Jonelle oversees and manages the mental health training for mentors and develops supervisors with clarity and care. A clinically licensed therapist, a graduate of Xavier Univ., and a three-sport scholar athlete, the former Jonelle Riley brings a vast array of knowledge, education, lived experience, and exposure to the CHAMPS program. Mrs. Massey’s support of the vision and impact on the mission is immeasurable and invaluable.
