CHAMPS is a charitable mission committed to empowering our next generation of leaders by bridging the health and leadership gaps in competitive excellence and individual success. This unique program offers a dynamic mentor network designed specifically to support and equip current and recently graduated student-athletes as they transition from prep to college to young professionals.
Through 1:1 and group mentoring, CHAMPS creates executive leadership pipelines cultivated through the collaborative impact of a regenerative network.

Our program:
network mentoring

One-to-one virtual mentoring focused on mental health and well being amidst the current culture and climate of athletics. Training and oversight provided by the professional therapists of Agility Counseling Group.
•College athletes mentoring High School athletes

Small group coaching centered on holistic principles of mind-body acuity, character and executive leadership development, and competitive passion. Weekly group sessions empower student-athletes with elite tools for peak performance. The small group sessions provide invaluable coaching as a layered supplement to the 1:1 mentors.
FALL 2025 COHORT:
OHIO - featuring partner organizations Keyz2Life and Queen City Foundation.

Summer 2026 . . . Apply it in Action! Apply leadership skills out in the field through mission-oriented workshops and clinics. This multi-generational collaboration between students, young professionals, and executives amplifies the impact of each mentorship experience.
